Transport and forwarding services
Transport and forwarding servicing of ships and cargoes is provided by Transport and Forwarding Office (T & F) - a production unit of the port - that includes the following functional groups:

- Export operations group.
- Import operations group.
- Container operations group.
- Coastal trade and road transport group.
- Bill of Lading group.
- Information and records management group.
- Controllers' group.
- Arrangement of cargoes and preparation of ship cargo plans.

T & F is a member of the Association of International Forwarders and fulfils the following main functions:
Forwarding of export, import and transit cargoes
Customs brokers's services.
In-port forwarding of all cargoes coming through the port.
Organisation and maintaining of daily routing records on cargo movement.
Co-ordination of volumes and arrangement of incoming cargoes among port terminals and of the terms of delivery and removal. Checking adherence to these provisions.
Organisation of receipt and processing of shipping documents for cargoes arriving by all kinds of transport.
Issuance of manifests, Bills of Lading and mates' notes for the shipped export cargoes.
Co-ordination of the activity of agents of various cargo- and shipowners within the port.
By a joint effort with a number of reliable forwarding and agent companies who have been closely associated with the port for many years.
