It is located in rear of berth No. 4 and specializes on stuffing/unstuffing large-capacity containers with cargoes of the various nomenclature, namely: rolled metal (blank, armature, steel pipes, steel in rolls, sheet steel, steel in packs and by the piece, rolled wire), slabs, equipment, motor-vehicles, glass in boxes, etc.; bulk cargoes (ore iron, manganous, ferroalloys in bulk); other cargoes in bulk (cereal and leguminous cultures); bagged goods and others.

The basic objects of the Complex are:

- open storage area for bulk and general cargoes, empty and load containers;

- zones for stuffing containers;

- railway cargo front;

- railway cargo front with gantry cranes;

- zone for weighing of vehicles (containers) on the autoweights.

Operations on stuffing containers are carried out in immediate proximity from the Container Terminal territory's that provides convenience of loading the empty containers and uniform technology of its delivery, arrangement, loading, weighing and storage.

Capacity of the Complex is about 1 million tons a year.
