For companies and enterprises - residents of Ukraine Client's letter or report of the manager of a Port department or division addressed to the General Director of the Port and asking a permission to conclude a contract (bearing the resolution of the General Director of the Port or his deputies on the letter). In Client's letter in should be indicated what type of taxation is used at the enterprise (on general or preferential terms and at what rate). Copy of the Statute of the enterprise or organization. Copy of the license issued to the Client (when performing licensed works). Copy of the Certificate of Registration of the enterprise. Bank reference indicating the current account and solvency of the Client, and the bank details. Copy of the Certificate of VAT Payer. Power of Attorney for a person concluding a contract with the Port on behalf of the Director of the enterprise, if the contract is not signed by the Director but a person who is in charge. For companies and enterprises - non- residents of Ukraine The documents confirming the registration of the company (firm) in the country of its registration (an extract from the Trade Register, Сertificate etc.). The documents confirming powers of the person to conclude and sign contracts (power of attorney).
